In order to serve you, the conditions for exchange and return are as follows: - Returns are allowed within three days from the date of receiving your order, with you bearing the shipping or delivery costs. - Exchanges are allowed within seven days from the date of receiving your order, with you bearing the shipping or delivery costs. - Products that are open or used are not allowed to be exchanged or returned. How to return products: When you wish to exchange or return any product, all you need to do is: Visit our exhibition and contact customer service directly or send a message to the email: Our team will respond to your request immediately and without delay. Repack the product in its original packaging and hand it over to the courier company’s representative. When we receive the product, we will refund your money.
